COMPLAINTS - "User Comment Forms" are available at every library location for people who have suggestions and comments about the library system. People should be encouraged to use this form. If patrons are reluctant or do not wish to use this procedure, refer them to the Head of the agency concerned.

LIBRARY EQUIPMENT - Typewriters, calculators, copiers, etc., are to be used by library staff and volunteers only.

SALESPERSONS - All sales people are to make appointments to see appropriate staff members regarding library business. Each staff member may use discretion in granting appointments. It is not obligatory to see sales people. The Ohio Ethics Commission has decreed that employees may not receive any travel, meal or lodging expenses from any vendor. Therefore, library employees may not let vendors pay for their lunch. Any questions about specific situations should be discussed with the Director.

SHOES and SHIRTS - Shoes and shirts must be worn in any library building.
